Troubleshooting Guide

Welcome to the A-Frame Troubleshooting Guide! We’ve outlined some of the most common (and not so common) technical problems encountered in the cabin. If you’re looking at the physical copy of this guide, you can find a digital version in your Check-In Instruction E-mail.

I’m trying to watch TV but nothing is showing up!

It just needs some time to load. If you haven’t already, download the free Harmony app to control the TV. When you open it, tap “WATCH TV.” Give it about 60-90 seconds for everything to load. This app controls it all. If that doesn’t work, check that the HDMI cord is plugged into the cable box all the way. 

The lights on the back deck aren’t working!

Tap the white button on the black box and they’ll turn on. Tap it again, and they’ll turn off.

We’ve locked ourselves out! Is there a spare key?

Yes! There’s an emergency lockbox locate on the back deck in the wooden box. Please text or call us for the code and be sure to put it back prior to your departure.

There’s no more charcoal in the container on the deck. Where can I find more?

We always keep an extra bag downstairs (first door to the left in the basement), just in case.
