Your Comfort is Our Priority!

Our dedicated team, Enrique and Carmen, are here to assist you. For your peace of mind, they are available for emergencies at any time, even during the night.

Safety and Security:

  • Ensure windows and doors are securely closed when leaving your apartment.

  • Carry your keys and ensure the main entrance door is properly closed when entering or exiting Tulsayab.

  • Extra guests or visitors are not allowed inside the condominium to ensure privacy and security for all guests.

Property Care:

Please do not hang towels or clothing on balconies or visible areas of the building façade.

Noise and Conduct:

  • Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect other guests' tranquility.

  • Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited all the time.

Energy Conservation:

Please turn off the air conditioning, lights, and fans when leaving the apartment or if windows are open to help conserve energy. If the apartment is left unattended with the AC on, our staff is authorized to turn it off remotely to conserve energy and ensure safety.

Amenities:

  • Kayak and Paddle Board: Use is complimentary. Please exercise caution when using them in the sea and ensure equipment is neatly returned to the designated area after use.

  • Snorkeling Gear, Life Jackets, and Beach Equipment: Available free of charge. Please exercise caution when in the sea and neatly store the equipment back in its assigned location after use.

  • BBQ: Available free of charge; Charcoal can be purchased for 10 USD / 200 MXN. Please ensure it’s used safely and responsibly. BBQ tools available free of charge.

Fire Safety:

Open fires are strictly prohibited on the beach and in common areas.

Waste Management:

Trash is collected daily during the housekeeping service. Outside service hours, you can place your garbage in the designated bins near the parking lot on the left. Please, avoid leaving waste in common areas or outside your apartment. Currently, the Municipality of Tulum does not support waste sorting, so all trash can be disposed of together.

Pool Use:

  • Open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

  • No lifeguard on duty; use at your own risk.

  • For cleanliness and safety, the pool is treated with chlorine and other maintenance products. Guests with skin sensitivities or allergies should take precautions as needed.

In case of a power outage, our emergency generator will be activated manually within a few minutes. Air conditioners may not function at full capacity while the generator is running.
