Housekeeping Guidelines

To ensure your comfort and maintain the best quality standards, please review our housekeeping services.

Daily Housekeeping:

Housekeeping is provided daily from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and is included in the stay.

Please use the door sign placed on the front door of the apartment:

• Green side: Yes, I want the cleaning service and our housekeeping team may enter to clean.

• Red side (Do not disturb):No, I do not want the cleaning service and our housekeeping team will not enter.

If you prefer housekeeping after 1:00 PM, an additional fee of $10.00 USD or 200.00 MXN will apply (Upon Request).

Towels & Linen:

Towels are changed every two days, and bed linens are changed every three days.

Laundry Service (Upon Request):

Available for 20.00 USD or 400.00 MXN per load. Place your laundry in the provided basket in the laundry room before daily cleaning. Clean clothes will be returned the next day (ironing is not included).

Extra Cleaning (Upon Request):

Kitchen Cleaning & Dishwashing: 10.00 USD or 200.00 MXN

Deep Cleaning: 30.00 USD or 600.00 MXN (Includes full apartment cleaning: floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and linen change).

Waste Management:

Trash is collected daily during the housekeeping service. Outside service hours, you can place your garbage in the designated bins near the parking lot on the left. Currently, the Municipality of Tulum does not support waste sorting, so all trash can be disposed of together.
