We're so glad you've chosen to stay with us. We want to make sure that you have a great time while you're here, so we've put together a few guidelines to help things run smoothly.

First and foremost, we're a small family business, and we rely on your good manners and respect for our property. Please feel free to relax and enjoy yourself, but please be mindful of the people around you.

One thing that's really important to note is that all of our toilets are septic. That means that you should only flush toilet paper and the natural stuff. Please don't flush baby wipes, even if they claim to be biodegradable, as they can cause blockages in the septic system.

Here are some guidelines to keep in mind:

1. We kindly ask that you only host parties or events if you've cleared it with us first.

2. Smoking is prohibited inside the property, but you can smoke outside.

3. The property is only open to registered guests unless you've made arrangements with us in advance.

4. Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms to help keep things tidy.

5. Please respect the noise curfew, which is at 11 p.m. Our neighbours are close by, so let's keep things peaceful.

6. Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times so we can ensure everything is ready for our next guests.

7. Please take extra care of your keys. If you lose them, there will be a replacement fee.

8. We love our furnishings and want you to love them too! Please take care of them, and if anything gets damaged, we'll need to charge you for repairs.

9. Please don't rearrange the furniture between Sheds. We've got things set up just so, and we'd like to keep it that way!

10. Before you head out, please wash your dishes so that we can get them ready for our next guests.

11. Please take out the trash before you leave, especially if there are any smelly items, such as meat or fish, in it.

12. We kindly ask that you not bring any illegal substances onto the premises.
