Heater Unit: Use the rectangle thermostat on the wall to control the baseboard heater.

A/C Unit: The white A/C unit only controls the cooling of the room. Not for use during the winter months. Keep the setting on snowflake mode and adjust the temperature and fan levels.

Roku TV & Remote: This is the smart tv operating system to access your subscription channels (ie: Netflix, Prime, Max). Live TV channels can be found through the "Roku Menu." The volume and mute buttons are on the side of the remote. If you do not see an app that you would like added, please contact the front desk. For apps such as ESPN/Fox Sports/TNT, you will need to log into your DirectTV/Dish/Cable account through these sports apps to stream live sports. This is also how the Fox News/CNN apps work. Please remember to log out of your profiles before leaving the hotel.

Black Washcloths: Please use the black washcloths for makeup removal, not the white washcloths, thank you.

Room Extras: Extra toilet paper and a hair dryer are under the sink behind the towels. Extra towels, blankets, pillows, and sheets - please request through the text feature in the app or on the text string begun by Guest Services upon booking your stay.

Upon Request Only: An iron and ironing board are available upon request. Microwave can also be delivered upon request. We have one pack and play available as well.

Coffee: There is free coffee in the front lobby.

Bar Services: There is not an open bar. In the coming months, we will have the ability to sell alcohol to adults over 21 on the property.

Hot Tub and Sauna: These amenities close at 10 PM to coincide with quite hours.

Prohibited: Pets and smoking are not allowed. There will be a $150 fine for violators.
