Laundry

Our laundry service is priced at 2,000 vatu per load per room.

You'll find a laundry bag inside the cupboard in your room; simply fill it with your laundry and bring it to reception.

Our housekeeping team will collect the bag and log your service request.

Laundry will be cleaned and returned within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the time of submission.

Please inform our guest relations team member of any special instructions.

For health and safety reasons, guests are not permitted inside the laundry facility.

Although there are two laundromats in Port Vila, none of them offer self-service options.

In Vanuatu, laundry services are typically operated by local women (Mammas) as a source of income.

The closest laundry service is located downtown near Bred Bank.
