Our standard check-out time is 11AM.

If you have an early flight, please settle your bill before 7PM on the day prior to your departure.

For late check-out requests, please contact reception 24-hours before your departure, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

If late check-out is not available, you can store your bags in our secure luggage storage room and enjoy the town or relax by our pool until your pick-up arrives.

PAYMENT METHOD

We offer a variety of payment options and accept both AUD and VUV. For guests who wish to pay in AUD, we provide a fixed exchange rate.
