Finding Your Way Around the Historic Hotel:

The Oliver Inn is located at 132 E Superior St. Duluth, MN 55802 and shares a front entrance with Wasabi Japanese Restaurant on the Superior Street level. This is where hotel guests enter. You will see the host stand for the restaurant right when you walk in, but keep in mind their staff is separate from ours and we do not have a front desk, so if you have questions, please call or text us at (218) 591-5875 or email us at info@theoliverinn.com and we will be happy to assist you.

You will enter the building on the Superior Street level, which is actually level 2, where rooms 5 and 6 are located, as well as the Wasabi Japanese Restaurant. There is an elevator all the way to the back wall on the left-hand side. Rooms 1 thru 4 are located down on level 1, as well as the hotel sauna and the Evolve Yoga & Spin Studio. Rooms 7 thru 13 are up on level 3. The Rathskeller cocktail lounge is located in down the basement on level -1.

We recommend using the Historic Arts & Theatre (HART) Parking Ramp across the street for $12-16 per day or you can use metered street parking on the avenues. We do not own any of our own parking facilities at this time. We recommend using street parking throughout the day as you venture Duluth. The ramp will charge each time you park.
