2. Confirm it’s locked

3. REPLY BACK to the Text Message (SMS) you receive in the morning when you have vacated the room.

COMPLETE the check-out form that will be emailed & text messaged (SMS) to you the evening before your check-out day.

On the morning of your check-out, when you’re ready to leave, make sure the door is closed all the way, then:It’s as simple as that :)

Within 24 hours, our team will close out your reservation and let you know if there’s any issues.
