Hotel Rights

Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the hotel, Lokal reserves the right to request that the guest vacate their room without refund.

Quiet Hours

The City of Philadelphia and Lokal Hotel strictly enforce a 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM quiet hour. Please be respectful to those around you while enjoying your visit with us. Amplified sound is not allowed. Any complaint made by another guest or neighbor may result in immediate eviction and a fine between $500 to $2,000. Parties

Lokal Hotel enforces a strict No Party Policy for the comfort and security of all hotel guests. Excessive noise, especially after quiet hours, will not be tolerated as it disturbs other guests and neighbors of our boutique property. Please CALL (not text) our after-hours call service at 267-702-4345 to be patched through to someone from our team.

Events

All events held in the property must be approved in advance and special policies and fees will often apply.

Occupancy

Room occupancy requirements are based on fire code/fire safety restrictions. Maximum of 2 overnight guests, and 2 daytime visitors per 1-bedroom suite, 4 overnight guests, and 4 daytime visitors per 2-bedroom suite. An occupancy fee can be incurred if violated.

Commercial Photography

Personal photography and posts to social media are welcome. We require advance arrangement for any commercial photoshoots that are being taken for other brands or clients beyond your personal brand. Professional photography for personal shoots (such as your wedding day), are perfectly fine.

Security Surveillance

For guest safety and security, Lokal Hotel has 24/7 monitored audio and visual security surveillance in common areas.

Luggage

Due to capacity and space, we do not offer traditional luggage storage, however, guests are welcome to store their belongings in the downstairs entryway which is locked and monitored 24/7.

Lokal is not liable for any missing or damaged items.

Mail and Packages

Due to no on-site staff or concierge, Lokal can not accept any on-site mail or packages.

Early Check Ins and Late Check Outs

Rooms may not be available until after the reserved hotel's designated check-in time. Early check-in is extended complimentary based on availability. Early check-ins and late check-outs must be pre-arranged prior to arrival and are subject to availability. Late check-outs are charged a fee based on the actual time of departure and are an additional $25 for every half hour. The latest check-out we can accommodate is 1 PM.

If the guest checks out beyond 11 AM without prior approval, the guest will be subject to a $200 fee.
