o   Only registered guests are permitted in the rooms.

o   The Hotel Proprietors Act is available on request.

o   Please lock both the patio doors and entrance doors when leaving your room or retiring for the evening.

o   Should you need any assistance with luggage, please contact Reception.

o  Mini Fridges are provided in each room for your use. We ask that when checking out you remove all items from the fridge. We can assist with disposal of any items. All items left in the fridge after checkout will be disposed of.

o   Kettles are provided in each room for boiling water to make tea and coffee ONLY. Guest will be charged USD$50 if the kettles are used for any other purpose.

o   Ice is available on request.

o   Toiletries are available in your room. Should you require additional toiletries, please contact Reception.

o   Hair Dryers are available on request.

o   For environmental reasons, we would appreciate it if you could turn off your air conditioner when not in your room.

o   Please keep all doors and louver windows closed once the air conditioner is running. Doors &/or louver windows left open while running the air condition is likely to cause the condenser to leak.

o   Should you need batteries for your air conditioner control, please contact Reception.

o   Smoking and vaping is not permitted in any of the guest rooms.

o   Housekeeping is provided daily or on request.

o   Safes are provided in each room and we strongly recommend that you place all of you valuables in you safe.

o   We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
