Bikes, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas must be checked-out out for use. Guests must verify Name and Room Number to check-out amenities.

Once you complete the Amenities Usage Agreement you will receive a text message with the code to Unlock Amenities

Amenities must be checked-out for use.

All bikes, must be RE-LOCKED and placed back in the bike rack upon return.

All beach chairs, and umbrellas must be RE-LOCKED and placed back on to the side of shed on the hanger provided.

Upon return of items, guests must send a picture confirming items are RE-LOCKED - text message to (302)246-8110.

Failure to RE-LOCK bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas will result in a restocking fee of $50

Amenities are First Come - First Serve.

Check-out amenities only at time of taking items.

No advanced reservations for Amenities.

Bikes: Take one lock per bike and lock bike when not riding.

At time of return: RE-LOCK ITEMS in original location.

There will be no charge for usage unless items are lost, stolen, or damaged.

NOTE: All bikes have AirTags for location purposes.
