ICE MAKER

Our Ice-maker is open from April to October and is located under the pool equipment near the large flag. 

FIRE PITS

The fire pits located next to the pool are available for guest use. Remove the table top (you can hang it on the deck wall next to the showers). Open the fire pit and dump out any water. Fuel is located in the lobby - pour in a bottle of fuel and light! Please do not leave any fires unattended. There is a tool in the lobby bin that can be used to close the fire pit once you are finished. 

OUTDOOR SHOWERS

Located on the pool side of the building. Please be sure to rinse off before entering the pool!

GRILL

Located next to the pool - it's propane and easy to light. Be sure to put out all fires when complete! :) 

BIKE STORAGE

Located on the ocean side of the building under the awning.

SAND CASTLE KITS

Located under the deck facing the pool. Please rinse and replace when you are finished. :) 

SUMMER READING BOOKS

Located in the lobby. Feel free to take a book/leave a book and keep our library growing! Otherwise, please return when you are done so others can enjoy! Like a book you see? Many can be purchased from our friend Lindsay at Givens on the mall. 

OUTDOOR GAMES

We have lots of outdoor games to keep your and your family active! There are paddle ball and beach bocce sets in each room in the cabinets under the television. Additional outdoor games - Kube and mega jenga are located in the lobby. Corn hole is set up by the pool!

INDOOR GAMES

A selection of indoor games are located in the lobby - please return them when you are finished! We also provide branded Lokal playing cards in each room. Feel free to keep them as a Lokal Souvenir!

LAUNDRY

Complimentary washer and dryer machines are located in the hallway.

IRONS & IRONING BOARDS

Located in the hall laundry closets. Please return after use so other guests can us as well!
